A weekend rental is from Thursday at 4 pm through Sunday at 3 pm at the rate of $1500. Call to inquiry about week day rental availablity. The Pineberry Lodge is a completely private non-hosted weekend; you provide your own meals.

A $150 security deposit will be due at the reservation time.

Payment is accepted by cash, check or credit card (fees may apply for CC)
Security /damage deposit of $150 is due at the time of booking.
Full payment of the $1500 rental fee is due 45 days prior to the reservation date.

Cancellation & Refunds
Any cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the reservation date will forfeit the $150 deposit. Any additional money paid will be refunded only if the weekend can be re-booked.
Pineberry Lodge is a Non Smoking facility. Sorry, we do not allow pets.
